FAQ: Auto Ship Program


1. How does your auto ship program work?

The program works by automatically delivering to your door your purchased products based on the typically usage period. Most of the LANCERx products last 12 weeks under normal use, in which case 10 weeks after your first order, your credit card will be charged and your next order will be conveniently delivered to your door. Your product will arrive at least 2-weeks before the end of the typical usage period to ensure that you do not run out of product.

2. How do I sign-up for the program?

Simply look for the auto ship program information on the product page. Then add the item to your cart using the button with the discounted pricing.

3. How much will I be charged to sign-up for the program?

The use of the auto ship program is free. There are no sign up or cancellation fees; you will only be charged for the full retail value of the products you purchased plus shipping, if applicable.

4. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your products.

5. Once I sign up, how long does the program last?

The program will continue until you cancel it.

6. How do I cancel the program?

Send an email to info@lancerdermatology.com indicating that you would like to cancel your auto ship program. Please be sure to include your customer information to the body of the email, including the email address you used when purchasing, the order number of the original order, and the reason for the cancellation. A LANCERx customer support member will cancel the program and send you confirmation of the cancellation.
