Return Policy

Items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of their shipping date for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees which are non-refundable.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. We will not accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain an authorization code for a refund, please e-mail us at support@lancerdermatology.com and provide the invoice number, quantities and reason for return. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Lancer RX.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

Returned items, accompanied by the Return Authorization Code, should be shipped to:
