Simply shop LancerSkincare.com and proceed to checkout as normal. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that the total value of your shopping bag must be between $35-$1000.

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.

If a payment is not paid prior to the due date as specified in your payment schedule, and the installment payment is not successfully processed on the due date, you will be charged a late fee. However, the aggregate sum of late fees associated with a particular order will not exceed 25% of the order value at the time of purchase.

Please note that the cap on late fees is calculated based on your order value at the time of purchase. Subsequent refunds or discounts provided by Lancer Skincare will not affect the calculation of late fees that you may owe.

Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping window like any other order from Lancer Skincare.

Once Afterpay has approved an order, additional items cannot be added. Lancer Skincare is able to issue partial refunds through Afterpay if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

Currently Afterpay cannot be combined with auto-delivery orders. If you have an auto-delivery item in your cart, the Afterpay payment option will be disabled.

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process which you can find here. Please note we do not offer exchanges. Refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from Lancer Skincare to Afterpay, and then to you.
