Waking up to beautiful-looking skin is not a dream. Adequate sleep is vital for skin health. It’s a dynamic time when your body and mind rebalance. Sleep loss can lead to dull-looking skin, dark circles under the eyes, and eventually fine lines. Knowing the body repairs itself and builds up energy for the next day during deep sleep, that’s why I am such a strong advocate of the importance of quality sleep.
